Now a Grandmother of seven and
Great-Grandmother soon to be, Sharon keeps busy being involved
with a long term fund raising project for the new Woodbury
Senior/Community Center. Sharon is also the Assistant Treasurer
of the Woman's club. The seven gardens surrounding her
home also call for continual attention. Sharon is avid ballroom dancer and when time permits attends dances in nearby towns. Sharon was Advertising Manager for Aviation Digest, which her late husband published for twenty years. She holds a commercial pilot's license as well as a seaplane rating and is a member of Aircraft Owners and Pilot's Association, The Seaplane Association, The Ninety-Nines, and International Woman's pilot's organization, The Woman's Club of Woodbury and the Litchfield Hills Bed and Breakfast Association. |
