Hummingbird Hill Policies

ARRIVAL
· Check-in is from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M.
· Alternate times can be accommodated by prior arrangement and special arrangements are required for arrivals after 7:00 PM.

DEPARTURE
· Checkout is 11:00 A.M. Please check with your innkeepers if you need an exception to this policy.

HOLIDAY POLICY
· We require a two-night minimum on holidays. Exceptions for holiday one night stays require a $50 surcharge.

TARIFFS
· All rates are quoted "double occupancy" and include breakfast daily
· CT room occupancy tax of 12% will be added to your bill.
· 10% Discount available to pilots
